Gratuities are not included in our pricing. Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our cleaning and kitchen staff. For fishing guides, gratuities should be given directly to your guide.

What is the Deposit and Cancellation Policy?

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the departure of your trip by cash, check, or credit card.

***We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.***

For cancellations, the deposit is nonrefundable.

A written notice of change of plans (91) days or before your reserved trip date we will allow for 100% of your deposit to be applied towards a future trip within (1) year of original trip date, based on availability. (31-90) days before your reserved trip date, 50% of your deposit will be applied towards a future trip if booked within (1) year of original trip date based on availability. Cancellations or alterations of plans (30) days or less in advance will be non-refundable, No-shows or early departures are also non-refundable.” Unfortunately, the balance is a cancellation fee to cover the costs and the inability to rebook the trip on such short notice. Because of our intimate size and reliance on advanced bookings, we must make no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

Yes! We have WiFi in all guest rooms, suites, and cabins.

What is Included While Staying at a Cabin?

A stay in any of our cabins includes a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, WiFi, Satellite TV along with all linens and towels.

Use of our facilities, campfire ring, trout pond, and access to the Big Hole River is included.

What is not included?

Montana fishing licenses, golf carts, dinner at the Silver Bow Club, use of the shooting range, and transportation to the Silver Bow Club.

Our cabins are priced with a flat nightly fee. Non-inclusive, cabins are perfect for the Do-it-Yourself vacationer. Activities and meals are additional and can be added to your stay.

Where Can I Buy a Montana License?

You can buy a Montana fishing or hunting license at local fly shops or online here. We recommend buying your license online prior to your visit to maximize your time on the water or afield.

What is Included While Staying at the Lodge?

A stay in any of our rooms or suites includes nightly accommodations along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Daily activities such as fly fishing, trap shooting, horseback riding, pheasant hunts, and ATV adventures are included. Use of a golf cart during your stay is also included. Use of our facilities, campfire, trout pond, and access to the Big Hole River is included. The lodge boasts amenities such as WiFi, Satellite TV, and a guest pantry.

What is not included?

Montana fishing licenses, alcohol, beer, and wine, and transportation to the Silver Bow Club.

Butte, Montana has the closest airport to the Silver Bow Club. Other choices would include Bozeman, Helena, or Missoula.

When is the Best Time to Visit?

We open May 1 through November 1.

Fishing the Big Hole River can be quite good May through mid-October. Hatches begin in late April early May. Summer is also a wonderful time to visit and enjoy all the outdoor activities Montana offers. And fall is perhaps our favorite time of the year for Cast and Blast, a combination of upland hunting and fly fishing.
